Here's what's coming
I have loads lined up for you between now and the end of the month, and I wanted to bring it all into one place.
The series on asking for help
So many of you told me how hard you find this. Asking for help, accepting it, believing you're allowed to need it. So I'm writing a three-part series on exactly that.
The introductory article "Why Asking for Help Feels Like Going Into Debt," is already live and free. Tomorrow, part one, “The Stories We Tell Ourselves About Help” goes live for paid members. Part two follows on the 23rd and Part three on the 30th. We look at where the difficulty comes from, what it's quietly costing you, and how to start doing it differently.
If you're ready to explore this deeper with other mums who get it, this series is part of what we dive into together in the membership. You'd have space to sit with these ideas, ask questions, and learn from each other's experience.
The monthly Q&A this Thursday
This Thursday I open the community chat to your questions for a full 24 hours, 10am Thursday through to 10am Friday. You bring me anything about your children, your own wellbeing, the things keeping you up at night, and I answer as a mother and as a Clinical Psychologist. Nothing is too small or too awkward.
Again, this is part of what membership gives you. A direct line to ask, be heard, and get real answers.
Going live with Dr Anna Luiza Boide - open to everyone
On Wednesday 24th June I'm going live with Dr Anna Luiza Boide, "Why You're Exhausted But Can't Switch Off." We talk about what's really happening when your body is depleted but your mind won't rest, and what actually helps.
This one's free and open to all. No paywall. Just good conversation.
With love,
Ellie
